BGT runner-up to wow Newbury

On Friday 19 October Britain’s Got Talent runner-up Jamie Raven is set to mystify audience members at the Corn Exchange Newbury with his brand new show Making Magic.

Along with a wide range of mind-boggling magic tricks, Jamie’s performance will explore the fundamental questions of magic - how do magicians do what they do and why does magic work? In each show, Jamie will be taking a random member of the public (with absolutely no performing experience whatsoever) and will be turning them into a magician right before the audience’s very eyes, in order to present the final climactic trick live on stage beside him. Making the likes of Simon Cowell declare ‘I now finally believe in magic!’, Jamie first made his claim to magical fame after his appearance on Britain’s Got Talent in 2015. Since then his appearance on the show and other subsequent performances have been viewed over 450 million times online and on television, making him one of the most watched magicians in the world. Celebrate the start of half term and see the magical wonder for yourself with Jamie Raven at the Corn Exchange Newbury on Friday 19 October, 7.45pm. Tickets £20 (£18 concessions). To book tickets please visit www.cornexchangenew.com or call the Box Office on 0845 5218 218 (calls cost 2p per minute plus your telephone company’s access charge).
