Car Park Party at the Racecourse

Newbury Racecourse are delighted to present Car Park Party a safe, socially distanced entertainment solution for all to enjoy including theatre, karaoke and comedy.

Car Park Party are bringing an American Drive-in experience across two days on Friday 24 and Saturday 25 July in the centre of the course. This will be taking the UK by storm and integrating you back into your community this Summer!

The event will offer Car Park Comedy, Car Park Karaoke and Car Park Theatre – where  everyone will remain safely cocooned in the comfort and security of their own car the whole time.

CAR PARK COMEDY with the world-famous Comedy Store – brings 40 years’ experience to programming two comedy shows to get you giggling. Renowned as the breeding ground for new talent, the likes of Eddie Izzard, John Bishop, Jimmy Carr, Rhod Gilbert and Sarah Millican all began their careers at The Comedy Store. This will be your chance to watch the very best the UK comedy circuits new and emerging talent before anyone else. CAR PARK KARAOKE brought to you by sing-a-long sensation Massaoke. Featuring a full live band on stage with lyrics projected on a gigantic screen, there’s no need to queue for the mic as everyone has a voice with this unique evening of mass karaoke.

Themes are Family Movies, A Night At The Musicals and Back To The 80s, guaranteeing fun for the whole family. With something for everyone, join the choir in the car park as you sing your hearts out together!

CAR PARK THEATRE is partnering with the award-winning Birmingham Stage Company, producers of Horrible Histories live on stage, who will be performing their hilarious hit show ‘Barmy Britain’, perfect for all the family.

We all want to meet people from history. The trouble is everyone is dead! So it’s time to prepare yourselves for this special production of Horrible Histories live on stage!
