Dining in options this New Year's Eve

Anyone who is sick of turkey left-overs and 2020 in general could do worse than checking out some of these restaurants, takeaway and caterers cooking up some New Year's Eve treats.

The Hare and Hounds in Speen has a five-course menu on offer priced at £29.95. It includes Highland venison cottage pie and a sticky toffee pudding among many other tasty options. The deadline for ordering is 2pm on Wednesday 30 December according to their Facebook page.

Colline's Kitchen is offering a host of desserts for delivery within five miles of the Town Centre or collection from central Newbury. You have until midnight on Wednesday 30 December to get your order in, which could include; strawberry champagne cheesecake, lemon posset and chocolate dipped strawberries. Indigo Bay reopens on New Year's Eve. The Bartholomew Street venue will be operating as a takeaway. They have a 20% discount on orders made over the phone for collection. Check out their Facebook page for more info.

Casual Dining by John has scored some great feedback from its customers. You have until 6pm on Tuesday 29 December to order if three-courses, which includes pork and mushroom terrine, duck breast and a rhubarb crumble for £40 sounds good to you. Their Facebook has more info.
