Liquidator to be appointed at diner
The chances of Nelson's Diner re-opening appear thin this morning.
That's because next month the business, which was based within the Kennet Centre, will have a liquidator appointed according to the London Gazette.
It will then be decided how much those owed money by the company are paid.
Nelson's Diner closed quickly earlier this month after what owners called a major pipe leak incident.
Since then management at the Kennet Centre have remained somewhat confident that the diner would re-open.
