New artwork has people puzzled
A new piece of artwork that has sprung up on Northbrook Street has got people puzzled.
It has been created by an artist only known as 'Berksy' and promotes the fact that people should donate to Newbury's homeless shelters and support services.
The piece depicts a homeless person living on the streets with a sign around their neck. The notice also paints Jack O'Newbury in a negative light at a time when there is more talk of a statue in his honour being erected in the town centre.
