Walk and Talk mental health event
On Saturday 25 March Brighter Berkshire will be hosting the first of its Walk and Talk metal health events. They want as many people as possible to take part in 2017 Berkshire Year of Mental Health.
The aim is to connect with others and raise awareness that 2017 is a Year of Mental Health in Berkshire and the organisers want as many people as possible to join in, make a pledge and have conversations about mental health.
This will be a very powerful and visual way of raising awareness about both mental health but also the opportunities to get involved in many different and creative ways for a year of mental health.
